Materials
- 3 pcs boiled beets
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 cup radicchio
- 3-4 barley nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Salt Pepper
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 2 cloves of black garlic
Implementation
Cut the vegetables into small pieces, the garlic into thin slices and the nuts in half. Wet the nuts lightly with a little water. In a bowl, put all the ingredients together except the garlic and mint.
Mix and serve. Garnish with mint leaves and black garlic.
