Materials
- 3 pcs of potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup cabbage 1/4 cup celery
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 κουταλια γλυκού τζίντζερ τριμμένο
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 to 3 Kozani yolk stamens
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup rice noodles
- Salt Pepper
- Lemon juice
- For the garnish
- Sauerkraut
- Bukovo
- Black cumin
Implementation
Clean and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan and cover with water. Add the herbs, olive oil, spices and simmer until soft. Simmer until the quinoa is done. Two minutes before the vegetables are done, add the rice noodles cut into small pieces and the lemon juice. Serve and garnish with the sauerkraut, some bukovo and black cumin.
