Materials
- 400 g of coconut milk
- 60 g of erythritol
- 4 g agar
- 20 g of cocoa
Implementation
Put all the ingredients together in a small saucepan. Place the pan over medium heat and stir with a hand whisk. After it boils, continue boiling for another two minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Divide the cream into small silicone molds. Place in the refrigerator. Garnish with blueberries and coconut flakes!
