AGGELIKI NIARCHOU
Angeliki Niarchou loved cooking and pastry art from an early age.
She has always been looking for new ways to express her passion for the art of creating flavors with healthy ingredients.
This led her to her decision to follow a vegetarian, plant based healthy approach to cooking and baking, seeking the balance between taste and health.
Her experience in different environments from five-star hotels, restaurants, pastry shops and cooking schools to food industries has shaped her into a multi-dimensional chef with deep knowledge and sensitivity to the nutritional needs of the modern consumer.
In collaboration with Mr. Stratos Melitis, clinical dietitian, Angeliki Niarchou gained great knowledge on therapeutic cooking, thus creating sophisticated culinary experiences that combine the rich taste of plant ingredients with health benefits.
Through her work she shows that vegetarian cooking is not just a dietary choice, but a way of life that can be tasty, rich and interesting.
