Vegan healthy dessert with apples

Materials

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Ceylon cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of erythritol
  • 2 to 3 crust sheets
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut butter
  • For the garnish
  • A few walnuts roughly chopped
  • A little syrup of dates

Implementation

Clean, cut the apples into slices and remove the seeds. Spread with peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and erythritol. Cut the crust leaves into strips and wrap the apples. Place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread with the coconut butter. Bake at 180 for about 30 minutes (until the foil is golden). Garnish with walnuts and date syrup.
